We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a wholesale distribution team in Mississauga, Ontario on a Contract basis.

This role supports day-to-day sales operations by coordinating orders, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure products move efficiently from purchase through delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong administrative ability, confidence working with SAP and Microsoft Office, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities: • Oversee the complete sales order process from initial entry through confirmation, backorder tracking, and related purchasing activities. • Prepare and process customer invoicing while working closely with supply chain, distribution, and finance teams to support timely allocation and delivery. • Keep order, inventory, and shipment information current and accurate,



and follow product movement on both incoming and outgoing transactions. • Produce and review reports on sales activity, lead times, and order volumes to support planning and decision-making. • Create purchase orders for designated inventory items and help maintain appropriate stock levels based on business needs. • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales function, including assisting with SAP transmission issues when they arise. • Coordinate intercompany product transfers, warranty replacement requests, and communication with external vendors. • Contribute to operational improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and supporting updated processes and workflows.
