Responsibilities Handle 40–55 inbound and outbound communications daily from patients, clinics, and healthcare professionals, delivering empathetic, first-call resolution experiences.

Drive consultative inside sales growth by educating medical clients on equipment, specialized clinical supplies, and recurring order replenishment schedules.

Navigate dual-monitor systems and enterprise CRM databases swiftly to document patient interactions, manage accounts, and process orders accurately.

Resolve billing inquiries, shipping verifications, and product concerns while maintaining strict adherence to healthcare privacy regulations and service quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with clinical specialists and logistics coordinators to expedite urgent medical supply shipments.

Qualifications Flawless bilingual fluency in French and English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both official languages. 2+ years of proven success in contact centre customer care, inside sales, retail customer service, or medical clinic administration.

Strong technical agility navigating dual-monitor computer environments, CRM software, order entry databases, and typing at least 40+ WPM.
