Alira Health is seeking a Medical Monitor to lead medical oversight of clinical trials, ensuring patient safety and scientific integrity across studies. You will serve as the medical contact for sites, review adverse events, and support regulatory submissions.

The role requires a medical degree with CRO/pharma exposure, solid knowledge of GCP/ICH, and excellent English communication. Remote-friendly with international scope, reporting to Clinical Operations leadership.
