Affirm is a remote-first company seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the Fraud Decisioning team, building tools to empower fraud fighting capabilities. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and shape risk decisions with data-driven insights.

You will work with Product, ML, Analytics and Business teams to plan, design, and deliver scalable fraud systems, ensuring high quality code and maintainable architectures across the organization.
