Affirm is seeking a seasoned Staff Engineer to drive our CI and developer productivity infrastructure. You will own design and reliability of build pipelines across multiple services, optimizing build times and test coverage to empower engineers with quick, reliable feedback.

Collaborate across engineering to streamline integrations, tooling, and deployment workflows, while mentoring other CI engineers and aligning CI systems with broader platform goals. Remote-friendly with regional flexibility.
