Hello! We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Executive Housekeeper / Household Assistant to join a busy private household and help keep the home running smoothly.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys creating a clean, comfortable, and well-organized home, takes pride in their work, and likes being one step ahead of what needs to be done. Responsibilities will include housekeeping, laundry, household organization, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and general day-to-day household support.

This is a non-live-in position. The household also has a 9-month-old baby, with the parents and nanny responsible for primary childcare. Occasional light assistance with baby-related tasks may be needed.

Non-Live-In | $25–$30 per Hour, Depending on Experience

This role goes beyond traditional housekeeping, combining exceptional home management, meal preparation, and personalized service for the head of the household.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Home Organization

- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and a polished, premium hotel-like standard throughout the home.
- Manage daily cleaning and keep bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces organized.
- Maintain closets, pantries, refrigerators, and household supplies.
- Anticipate household needs and proactively maintain the home.
- Deep cleaning required
- Special cleaning product knowledge preferred

Laundry & Wardrobe Care

- Manage washing, ironing, steaming, folding, and putting away laundry.
- Care for delicate garments, linens, and wardrobes.
- Prepare clothing and personal items as needed.

Groceries & Household Supplies





- Monitor inventory, prepare shopping lists, and purchase groceries and household essentials.
- Organize deliveries and keep supplies stocked and properly stored.
- Create a detailed list or system to keep track of all household products, supplies and food, while keeping all items fully stocked.

Cooking & Meal Preparation

- Prepare fresh, nutritious, and well-presented breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Plan meals around family preferences and dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional kitchen.

Personal Butler Service

- Provide attentive, discreet, and personalized service to the heads of the household upon returning home.
- Ensure refreshments, meals, clothing, and personal items are prepared as requested.
- Anticipate daily needs and assist with reasonable personal requests while maintaining privacy and professionalism.

Light Childcare & Family Support

- Work collaboratively with the parents and nanny.
- Provide occasional light assistance with the family's 9-month-old baby, including preparing food and tidying the nursery.
- Primary childcare remains the responsibility of the parents and nanny.

Ideal Candidate

- Experienced in private households, personal butler service,



luxury residences, or high-end hospitality.
- An excellent cook with strong housekeeping, laundry, and organizational skills.

- Professional, polished, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Flexible and comfortable working alongside the family, nanny and trained protection animals
- Able to provide excellent references.

Schedule & Compensation

- Non-live-in position
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Occasional extended hours until 8:00 PM
- Flexible schedule based on the family's needs
- $25–$33 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone who takes pride in exceptional household management and personalized service, anticipates needs before being asked, and makes the family's daily life easier through reliable, thoughtful, and professional care.

We are open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds, including professional housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, private household work, hospitality, cooking, or household management. The most significant qualities are a positive attitude, reliability, good judgment, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of daily responsibilities. Must be able to work independently and self-directed, with little supervision.

Pay: $24.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
