I am looking for a PSW for weekend care as i work full time on weekends. I need a Psw for two hours in the morning Saturday and Sunday and 2 hours in the afternoon both days. Protanal to increase the hours to 3 hours each shift.

Duties

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and dignity
- Support medication administration according to prescribed schedules and safety protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Help with housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and enhance mental well-being
- Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members




- Assist with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety at all times

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated patient care skills with individuals who have disabilities, dementia, or require hospice support
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices including medication management and hygiene assistance
- Experience handling heavy lifting safely while supporting clients’ mobility needs
- Familiarity with cleaning routines to uphold cleanliness standards in personal and shared spaces
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Compassionate attitude combined with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks confidently
