About this opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Configuration Analyst to support the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront platform. This role will play a key part in ensuring Workfront effectively supports end-to-end workflow management across creative, operations, and digital asset management teams. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical partners to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations while maintaining governance, data quality, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Adobe Workfront Configuration & Administration

- Configure and maintain core Adobe Workfront objects, including request queues, project templates, custom forms, task structures, approval workflows, and custom statuses.
- Develop and maintain advanced custom form functionality, including conditional display logic, calculated fields, cascading dropdown menus, and lists of values.
- Configure routing, assignment, and ownership rules to support business processes and workflow automation.
- Maintain user groups, teams, access levels, permissions, and security settings in accordance with governance standards.
- Ensure Workfront configurations support changing business requirements while maintaining platform consistency.

Reporting & Workflow Optimization





- Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into workflow performance, queue management, asset processing, and operational metrics.
- Analyze workflow bottlenecks and recommend configuration improvements to increase efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver role-based insights.

Governance & Documentation

- Document configuration specifications, naming standards, object dependencies, workflow logic, and change histories.
- Maintain configuration documentation to support governance, compliance, auditing, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Identify configuration-related risks, dependencies, and scope changes and escalate concerns appropriately.

Testing & Documentation

- Support user acceptance testing activities by configuring test scenarios and validating platform functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues and defects.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation activities for Workfront-related initiatives.
- Assist with user onboarding, access provisioning coordination, and platform training activities.
- Work closely with integration and automation teams to ensure alignment between Workfront configurations and connected systems.

What You Bring:

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration experience.
- Experience configuring Workfront request queues, project templates, custom forms, reports, dashboards, approval processes, and permissions.




- Strong understanding of workflow management, business process optimization, and platform governance.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable system configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting retail, marketing operations, creative services, or digital asset management environments.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions or related Adobe platforms.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, integrations, and connected enterprise systems.
- Experience developing advanced reports, dashboards, and operational metrics within Adobe Workfront.
- Familiarity with change management, governance frameworks, and user adoption best practices.
