Mandatory requirements

Requirement 1: Minimum 5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience selling medical aesthetic products or aesthetic devices directly to clinics: medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, and nurse injectors. You must have been the person who opened, sold to, and managed clinic accounts on behalf of a manufacturer or distributor. Selling treatments to patients inside a clinic, pharmaceutical detailing, retail beauty sales, and dental sales do not meet this requirement.

Requirement 2: Bachelor's degree, or 3 years of the clinic sales experience described above in place of a degree.

Also required

- Existing relationships with aesthetic clinics in your territory are a strong advantage
- Demonstrated prospecting, cold calling, business development, negotiation, and closing skills
- Account management and CRM experience
- Customer service and clear, qualified communication

Compensation:
- Commission only (pure commission structure, no base salary)

Role description

This is an Independent Sales Contractor engagement with Kleos Health. It is an opportunity to make a real impact in aesthetic medicine, with the potential to become a top 5% income earner in North America through uncapped commission.

Your primary goal is to connect with aesthetic practices, educate decision makers about Kleos Health's aesthetic offerings (medical devices and post-treatment solutions), and close and grow those accounts, so that practices increase their revenue and profit while improving patient outcomes.

The aesthetic medicine industry is full of misinformation and false promises. Kleos Health's mission is to improve lives through innovative, evidence-based aesthetic solutions, products and services alike. The contractor in this role is the person who carries that mission into clinics.

Responsibilities

- Connect with decision makers at aesthetic practices (medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery practices, and similar) and build rapport
- Identify opportunities to improve each practice's results and patient outcomes
- Meet sales targets and grow accounts over time
- Maintain customer satisfaction through responsive communication and service
