Role Summary

We are hiring a AI Software Engineer (Java, Python, TypeScript) to build innovative tools, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions that support strategic technology planning and platform development. The role involves developing client applications and backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using modern AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and accelerate software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain client applications and backend services using TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tools, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Develop tools and utilities to support software planning, development, and operational processes.
- Build and integrate web applications, RESTful services, and APIs.
- Apply systems thinking to understand complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Explore and use AI-powered development tools such as Claude or Cursor to improve coding efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development best practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members, share ideas, and incorporate feedback to improve solution quality.
- Adapt to new challenges and expand technical knowledge across different areas of software development.

Must-Have Skills

- 2-3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience building web applications, RESTful services, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.




- Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand complex technical systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to listen, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
- Openness to new challenges and willingness to learn technologies beyond current areas of expertise.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience developing prototypes, proof-of-concept solutions, or internal development utilities.

Education and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
