Job Title: Project Manager (Delivery)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) to lead our Program Management and Transformation Practice. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, with a focus on resource management, to ensure successful project delivery and transformation initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee resource allocation and management to optimize project performance and team efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in resource management and allocation.
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Program Management and Transformation practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant project management experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
