In collaboration with the Director, Canada, you’ll develop and deliver recruitment plans that build awareness of IE’s programs and support prospective students throughout their journey.

The role focuses on Canada, with occasional support for the United States. You’ll build relationships with students, families, counsellors, schools, and other education partners, while working closely with colleagues across IE.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver recruitment plans and agreed targets with the Director, Canada and regional colleagues.
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline, keeping CRM records and recruitment reporting up to date.
- Guide prospective students from their first enquiry through application, admission, and enrollment, coordinating with IE teams along the way.
- Build relationships with high school counsellors, parents, students, universities, and other education partners.
- Represent IE at school visits, fairs, conferences, presentations, information sessions, and workshops across Canada.
- Develop outreach and business development opportunities,

and share relevant market and competitor insights.
- Work with Marketing, Admissions, academic teams, Student Services, Alumni, and Global Recruitment colleagues.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-ranked institution.
- 0–3 years of professional experience. Business development, sales, marketing, or communications experience is preferred.
- Canadian work authorization and a valid driver’s licence.
- Fluent English; Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Solid communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, digital marketing, or market research is an asset.
- Comfort working collaboratively in an international team and travelling across Canada, with occasional travel to the United States.

- What we offer

- Variable bonus dependent on meeting targets and extended health benefits.
- Vacation days, statutory holidays, a one-week winter break, paid personal and sick days, Summer Fridays, and an annual retreat.
- Access to relevant events, conferences, and talks, with opportunities to travel and meet IE’s international team.
- The chance to contribute to a leading international university and work with a collaborative team where everyone has a voice and can make a difference through education.
