What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Deli/Bakery Manager. you will be responsible for:

- Daily production of baked goods including scale, mix, bake, finish, and decorate in accordance with approved company procedures and standards following standardized formulas
- Use of mixer, commercial oven and dishwasher equipment in a safe, responsible manner.
- Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible manner including cleaning and sanitizing.
- To consistently ensure sufficient quantity on hand to meet customer needs without producing more than required
- Label, date, store and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage areas.
- Handle product to ensure damaged and markdowns are limited
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all bakery equipment and utensils each day
- Housekeeping of department ensuring it is organized, clean, sanitized and provides a safe working workplace
- Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.





This position requires a significant amount of standing, frequent and constant lifting, bending, and stretching.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

- You are available to Work Night/Early Morning Shifts
- You have previous baking experience required, Journeyman baking certificate an asset
- You are capable of lifting up to 25kg
