Your Responsibilities
- Provide benefit enrollment materials and help determine eligibility.
- Answer incoming customer service calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
- Return calls and follow up on client requests.
- Explain coverage options while keeping each client’s needs and best interests in mind.
- Use our Needs Analysis system to identify coverage needs and explain personalized policy options.
- Work closely with management to stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
