We are looking to grow our team.

This is more than a general administrative position. You'll gain hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of a securities dealer, working with Investment Advisors, clients and industry partners while developing practical knowledge of investment accounts and the Canadian financial services industry.

What You'll Do





· Supporting Investment Advisors and management with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

· Assisting with new account openings, transfers, transactions and account updates.

· Reviewing and processing client paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

· CSC completing and registration

· Previous experience in financial services, investments, banking or wealth management is preferred.

· Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple requests and follow tasks through to completion.
