Role : Business Analyst

Location : Calgary ,AB

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and cybersecurity domain knowledge to support business initiatives and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes, conduct gap analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Define KPIs, success criteria, and business cases to support decision-making.
- Support UAT, change management, project delivery,



and post-implementation reviews.
- Maintain requirements traceability and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Must-Have Skills:

- BRD, FRD, and User Story documentation.
- Current-state and future-state process analysis.
- Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Robust stakeholder management and requirements gathering.

Additional Skills: Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, Project Management.
