Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Treasury Technology)

Location: Toronto, ON

Mode: Hybrid

Required Experience

- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury, Market Risk, Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk, or Finance.
- Experience supporting large-scale data and technology transformation initiatives.
- Advanced SQL skills with solid data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with:
- Data analysis and attribution
- Data mapping and reconciliation
- Source-to-target mapping
- Data lineage and root cause analysis
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience.
- Experience throughout SDLC and STLC.
- Test planning, UAT, defect management, and regression testing.
- Strong Jira, Confluence and Visio experience.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted analysis, automation tools, or AI agents is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
- Develop user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
- Analyze complex datasets and perform reconciliation activities.
- Conduct impact assessments and root cause investigations.
- Create test plans and support UAT activities.
- Partner with development and QA teams throughout project delivery.
- Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and Copilot capabilities to improve productivity and delivery quality.
