Responsibilities
Visit Potential customers and grow company's market share
Meet with Existing customers and help to grow customers orders
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support sales efforts by promoting products that meet customer needs
Experience
Proven experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus
Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices and professional demeanor
