Position Title:

Power Platform and Copilot Studio Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform and Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, govern, and support enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of secure, scalable, and business-aligned low-code and agentic solutions that enhance productivity, automate business processes, and provide intelligent user experiences. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, the developer will help drive innovation through modern Microsoft technologies while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, govern, and support enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and Copilot Studio.
- Build, test, publish, maintain, and optimize Copilot Studio agents for enterprise business scenarios.
- Configure agent topics, generative answers, knowledge sources, actions,



connectors, agent flows, and handoff patterns as required.
- Design and implement Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, views, forms, and solution layering.
- Integrate Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, APIs, and third-party systems using standard, premium, and custom connectors.
- Establish and maintain Power Platform governance practices, including environment strategy, data loss prevention policies, connector governance, security, monitoring, and operational support.
- Manage application lifecycle processes for low-code solutions, including deployment automation, source control, pipelines, and Azure DevOps integration.
- Develop reusable components, Power Fx logic, workflows, error-handling mechanisms, and performance optimization strategies for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Define solution architectures, technical designs, integration patterns, non-functional requirements, and implementation estimates.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and platform administration teams.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, user story definition, acceptance criteria validation, testing, and release coordination.

Desired Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft business application development.
- Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages,



Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors.
- Demonstrated experience with Copilot Studio agent development and support.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, monitoring, and operational support practices.
- Experience with application lifecycle management, deployment automation, source control, and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Power Fx, expressions, workflow logic, reusable components, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Experience defining solution architectures and technical designs for enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Experience delivering projects in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Bilingual French-English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within established deadlines.

- Availability to work on-site in downtown Montreal a minimum of three days per week.
