Role: Enterprise Product Analyst

Location: Calgary, AB – Onsite

Contract Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Analyst to support enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce CRM, Master Data Management (MDM), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bridge business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to drive product enhancements, operational efficiencies, and successful delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement & Planning

Establish trusted relationships with business stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops to elicit business needs, objectives, and challenges.

Support strategic planning, demand intake, and initiative prioritization.

Develop business cases and value realization frameworks.

Business Analysis

Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Document current-state and future-state business processes.

Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility assessments.

Define business requirements, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Solution Development

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business objectives are understood.

Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirements.

Validate proposed solutions against business expectations.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Project Delivery

Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Support change management, training, and business readiness activities.





Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and expected outcomes.

Assist with post-implementation reviews and perks realization.

Required Skills

Strong Business Analysis experience.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, frameworks, and operational practices.

Ability to act as a liaison between business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams.

Experience analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable outcomes.

Expertise in developing and maintaining technical and operational documentation.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as:

- SAP
- Salesforce CRM
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- ServiceNow
- Other enterprise applications

Preferred Skills

Agile Delivery and Product Management tools.

System Integration and API knowledge.

Data Analysis and Reporting.
