About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors to support an AI training project focused on financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance. You’ll apply your professional expertise to evaluate financial documentation, validate reporting practices, and provide feedback that improves AI-generated financial outputs.

No prior AI experience is required — your accounting and auditing expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Develop and validate financial models using Microsoft Excel and advanced analytical functions.
- Evaluate audit procedures, internal controls, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze tax compliance records for alignment with applicable regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, discrepancies, and recommendations.
- Contribute real-world financial scenarios and case studies for AI training.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on financial reporting and documentation practices.

Required Qualifications

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.




- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytical functions.
- Experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for diverse business entities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Skilled certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Experience improving financial processes or contributing to technology-driven finance projects.
- Familiarity with financial data validation, internal control assessments, and compliance reviews.

Compensation

- $50–$70/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Fully remote work.
- Approximately 15 openings available.
