Thyme & Again is looking for a skilled and dependable Baker to join our bakery team full-time!

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with cakes, pastries and a variety of baked goods, takes pride in the quality of their work, and thrives in a cooperative, hands-on kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing:

- Preparing, baking and finishing cakes, pastries and other bakery products
- Supporting cake production, assembly, fillings, icings and decorating
- Following recipes and production standards to ensure consistent quality
- Managing daily production priorities and meeting deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, organized and food-safe workspace
- Working closely with our bakery team to support daily operations and special orders

What we're looking for:

- Previous professional baking or pastry experience
- Experience with cakes, fillings,



icings and decorating is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Good time management and ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- A positive, dependable and team-oriented approach
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Position details:

- Full-time, on-site position in Ottawa
- Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Compensation: $18.50–$21.00 an hour
