1.1.8. Functional Scope – Global Trade Services (GTS)

Compliance Management

BP Screening for SPL, Legal control (licensee checks) and Embargo

Product classification (HTS, Control Class, etc.)

* SO, OBD, PO, IBD Compliance checks for SPL, licensee checks, and Embargo

Upload of data from Data Provider (SPL, HTS, Duty rates, etc.)

Customs Management

Imports Management: Import declarations and necessary declarations filing (Self or Broker interface)

* Export Management: Export declarations and necessary declarations filing (Self or Broker interface)

Country-specific Customs processes

Duty calculations for Imports

Country of Origin determination (Preference Management)

Self-filing and broker integration

Special Customs Procedure (Intrastat)

Localization based on the countries in scope

Intrastat for EU

Bonded Warehouse

- Special customs procedure for the EU, US, and China
