Role Description - Independent Contractor - This is a remote, contract role for a Hospitality Consultant.

The Hospitality

Consultant will collaborate with hotel and hospitality clients to assess operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical strategies for enhancing service quality and profitability.



Day-to-day tasks may include conducting operational and financial reviews, analyzing guest feedback, developing service standards, and advising on staff training and process improvements. The role also involves supporting clients in conference and event planning, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing clear reports and presentations that outline findings and recommendations. The consultant is expected to manage multiple client engagements, meet agreed timelines, and maintain professional communication throughout each project.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality operations, consulting, or management.
- Strong skills in operational analysis, financial review, and performance optimization.
- Ability to support conference and event planning, including logistics coordination and client communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven capability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet contractual deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in guest services, service standards, and staff training.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, virtual meeting platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
