Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role located in Shipman, SK. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, orderly guest rooms, common areas, and lodge facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and high-touch surfaces. Daily tasks include changing linens, making beds, handling laundry, restocking amenities, and ensuring guest areas are well-presented at all times.

The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, following health and safety protocols,



supporting the lodge team during guest arrivals and departures, and providing courteous, professional interaction with guests as needed. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak season shifts is required.

Qualifications

- Strong housekeeping and cleaning abilities, including experience with Laundry and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with guests and team members in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
- Customer Service skills to support a welcoming lodge workplace and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain orderly storage and work areas.
- Ability to learn and follow procedures, with willingness to participate in Training on lodge standards and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in hospitality, lodging, or housekeeping is an asset.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
