Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Support professional to assist our sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with order processing, quotes, and invoicing
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks




- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide product information and assist customers in finding the right solutions
