IT Project Coordinator
Keep technology projects moving forward.
At Vitalus, technology projects connect people, systems, and smarter ways of working. As our IT Project Coordinator, you’ll bring structure and momentum to projects from planning through implementation, keeping schedules, decisions, risks, budgets, and actions visible along the way. Your coordination will help project teams stay aligned and turn plans into successful delivery.
IS THIS YOU?
- You turn complexity into clarity, keeping priorities, milestones, and details organized as projects evolve.
- You’re proactive and solutions-focused, spotting risks, dependencies, and gaps early and helping keep work moving forward.
- You connect people and information, communicating clearly across technical and business teams and following through on commitments.
If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Keep Projects Moving
- Coordinate schedules, milestones, resources, meetings, workshops, training, and project logistics.
- Identify approaching deadlines, dependencies, and readiness gaps before they disrupt delivery.
Turn Actions into Progress
- Keep decisions, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies visible and moving toward resolution.
- Follow up on overdue actions and escalate emerging risks before they affect project commitments.
Make Project Data Useful
- Bring together accurate project data for status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track budgets, milestones,
risks, decisions, and owners so leaders have explicit information for decision-making.
Build a Strong Project Record
- Keep project plans, schedules, requirements, changes, decisions, and documentation current and organized.
- Support project closeout, lessons learned, and a clear handover to operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Relevant post-secondary education in business administration, project management, IT, engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project support, coordination, or administration experience, primarily supporting IT projects.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile Project Management.
- Strong experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
- Strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail. Bonus: CAPM/PMP certification, ERP knowledge, or experience supporting technology implementation, training, or operational handover.
TURN PLANS INTO PROGRESS.
Technology projects succeed when people have clarity, momentum, and the right information at the right time. If you’re ready to bring structure to complex work and help move technology projects confidently from plan to reality, we’d love to hear from you.
