Leadership Development Advisor - Remote

We are seeking a self-directed professional with an interest in leadership, communication and personal development to work within an established professional development framework.

The role involves connecting with prospective clients, conducting introductory conversations and sharing information about leadership and personal development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with prospective clients

Conduct initial conversations to understand individual goals and interests

Share relevant information about leadership and professional development programs

Follow an established communication and follow-up process





Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training

Maintain organized records and consistent follow-up

Develop a thorough understanding of the programs and resources offered

Candidate Profile
