First Stays is one of Montreal’s fastest-growing leasing agencies, specializing in all types of multi-residential properties, from new development lease-ups to established rental buildings. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, people-oriented Leasing Agent to join us full-time.
What you’ll do
- Respond to inbound leads and book property showings
- Tour units with prospective tenants and present each property’s key features
- Guide clients from first inquiry through application, documentation and lease signing
- Keep landlords and developers updated throughout every transaction
- Deliver a first-class experience from first contact to move-in
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple leads and priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong organization and follow-up habits
- Knowledge of leasing procedures and Quebec residential rental regulations
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
- Real estate or leasing experience is a plus
