We’re seeking experienced lawyers to contribute legal expertise to projects focused on training next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your knowledge of contracts, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing to improve AI-generated legal content. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed contract reviews, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Draft, edit, and evaluate legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Analyze regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop clear written explanations and rationales for legal positions.
- Collaborate remotely to explain complex legal concepts.
- Evaluate legal data and provide feedback to improve AI training materials.
Required Qualifications
- Active law license or bar admission.
- At least 5 years of legal practice in contract law, compliance,
or a related specialty.
- Strong expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to legal nuance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Experience working independently in a remote, project-based workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with legal technology tools.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to legal and non-legal audiences.
