Organika Health Products

Vancouver

Who are we?

Organika is a premium Canadian health and wellness company based in Vancouver, BC. For more than 35 years, we have helped people live healthier, happier lives through innovative natural health products backed by quality, trust, and science.

As pioneers in the wellness industry, we believe everyone should have access to effective natural health solutions. From award-winning supplements to innovative wellness products, we're committed to setting the highest standards in quality while putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Today, Organika products are trusted by consumers across Canada and around the world, but our mission remains the same: to help people live healthier every day.

About the Role

Organika is entering its next stage of scale in Canada and internationally. We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Growth Management leader to build the company’s RGM capability from the ground up and help our commercial teams make faster, sharper and more profitable decisions. This is not a reporting-only role. You will create the frameworks, tools, routines and commercial guardrails that connect price, promotion, trade investment, assortment, pack architecture and mix to net revenue and EBITDA.

You will be an objective thought partner to Sales—not a gatekeeper and not a back-office analyst. You will turn complex data into clear choices, equip customer teams for stronger negotiations and create a repeatable model that begins with Costco and scales across food, drug, mass, club, Amazon and emerging channels.

About the Role

What you will own

- RGM blueprint and governance. Design Organika’s RGM roadmap, decision rights, annual planning calendar, approval guardrails and monthly performance routines.
- Pricing strategy. Lead list-price, realized-price and customer/channel pricing recommendations using elasticity, competitive benchmarks, retailer economics, cost-to-serve and consumer value.
- Price-pack architecture. Build good-better-best, format and channel architectures that protect price integrity, reduce channel conflict and improve mix.
- Promotion and trade optimization. Set promotion depth, frequency, duration and funding guardrails; conduct pre-event scenario modelling and post-event ROI analysis; recommend where to increase, redesign or stop investment.
- Portfolio and mix. Identify the customer,

channel, brand, SKU and format shifts that improve net sales, gross margin and contribution while supporting strategic growth.
- Customer decision support. Create customer-ready fact bases, negotiation scenarios, give/get frameworks and investment cases for Joint Business Planning and major commercial decisions.
- Innovation economics. Challenge and improve launch assumptions, price points, pack formats, customer economics, cannibalization and distribution choices before commitments are made.
- Capability building. Train Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to use common RGM language, tools and thresholds; make profitable-growth thinking part of everyday decisions.

Costco priority:
- Build a single economic view of permanent items, rotations and pipeline opportunities by region, SKU and program.
- Model sell-in, sell-through, send-outs, markdown exposure, trade funding, freight and cost-to-serve before recommendations are made.
- Develop price-pack and assortment principles that protect Organika’s broader channel architecture while meeting Costco’s value proposition.
- Create pre/post program scorecards and clear stage gates for repeat, expand, reformulate or exit decisions.
- Equip the Costco team with fact-based negotiation positions and scenario ranges; join critical internal and customer discussions when the decision warrants it.

Skills & Experience

- 6–9 years of progressive CPG experience across RGM, pricing, commercial finance, category, sales strategy or customer analytics; at least 3 years directly owning RGM decisions or workstreams.
- Demonstrated command of pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade optimization, price-pack architecture, portfolio mix and customer P&Ls.;
- A track record of moving from analysis to commercial action and influencing Sales and senior leaders without relying on formal authority.
- Hands-on skill with Excel and BI tools; experience with retailer POS,

syndicated data and TPM/TPO platforms. Circana/NielsenIQ, Power BI and SQL exposure are assets.
- Experience in club—especially Costco—or other highly concentrated strategic accounts is strongly preferred.
- Strong financial fluency and the judgment to balance revenue, margin, consumer value, brand health and customer economics.
- A builder mindset: comfortable creating the first version, improving it quickly and working in the details while shaping the longer-term system.
- Clear executive communication: able to state the insight, recommendation, financial impact, risk and decision required without hiding behind data.
