About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and media-savvy Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day marketing, social media and content creation.

This is a hands-on role that's ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, has a strong eye for design and understands what makes engaging social media content. You don't need to be an expert in every area of digital marketing, we're looking for someone who is creative, eager to learn and comfortable taking an idea from concept through to finished content.

Working closely with our Marketing team, you'll help bring the Prompton brand to life through social media, video & digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture photo and video content for social media, property listings, events and company initiatives
- Edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos
- Help plan and create engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms
- Stay up to date with social media trends and bring forward new content ideas
- Create branded graphics,



marketing materials and social content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist with content planning and maintain a consistent brand look and feel across platforms
- Support the production of our company podcast, from episode production and editing to creating eye-catching graphics, short-form video clips and engaging social content to promote each episode
- Assist with website content and general updates
- Support digital marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives as needed
- Assist with marketing for company events, property launches and promotions
- Help review content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement

Ideal Candidate Has:

- Experience with video and audio editing (Premiere, CapCut, or Canva Video)
- Familiarity with podcast production (recording/editing/publishing)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social trends
- Creative mindset and visual storytelling skills
- Experience using WIX or similar website platforms
- Excellent communication and copywriting ability
- Bonus: Experience with Matterport, DSLR cameras, or real estate content

As part of your application, please include a portfolio or examples of previous work that showcase your creativity and content skills. This could include social media content, short-form videos, photography, graphic design, podcast content, or other digital/creative projects you’ve worked on.
