Job Title

Marketing Manager (B2B)

About Us

Levanta Labs is the AI strategy and implementation partner for B2B companies. We bring data, software, and AI together across three divisions: AI Strategy, AI Engineering, and Managed AI. From strategy to custom agents, automations, and integrations in production, to ongoing enablement and optimization, we help clients turn AI into measurable operational and financial results, not AI hype.

You’ll be the marketer who makes Levanta the name B2B leaders think of when they think about AI strategy and AI enablement. Your job is to make sure every company in our market knows who we are, what we do, and why we’re different, and to turn that attention into qualified leads for our sales team. You’ll lead with paid acquisition on LinkedIn and Google and with content in every format: static, web, and video.

Most of your week goes to those two. You’ll also build campaign landing pages and handle SEO and AI search, events, and the marketing operations that tie it all back to revenue.

This is a full time, hands-on individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO and founding team. You’ll build the plan, then write the copy, make the creative, launch the campaigns, and report on what they produced. We’re looking for a scrappy, experienced B2B marketer who can run, optimize, and report on programs across channels, picks up new ones quickly, and measures their own success in pipeline and revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, owning audiences, targeting, budgets, bidding, creative, and copy.
- Run account-based campaigns on LinkedIn, including Thought Leader Ads, Conversation Ads, retargeting, and Matched Audiences, to reach the accounts and buying committees we most want to win.
- Test, optimize, and report on paid performance every week, moving budget toward what produces qualified pipeline.
- Set and run our content strategy, and produce a steady flow of content across formats: LinkedIn posts, static and carousel creative, articles, case studies, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Direct our video agency, from concepts and scripts to briefs and feedback, and put finished videos to work across paid and organic distribution.
- Turn founder and engineering expertise into a clear, differentiated point of view on AI strategy and AI enablement, and keep our messaging consistent so every touchpoint explains who we are, what we do, and why we’re different.
- Run the company LinkedIn page and support the founders’ personal brands so our ideas reach decision-makers consistently.
- Build and test landing pages for your campaigns in Framer, and make site copy and content updates when campaigns need them.
- Own on-page and content SEO,

and build our visibility in AI-powered search and answer engines (GEO/AEO).
- Plan and promote webinars, executive roundtables, and industry events, and run the follow-up that turns attendance into sales conversations.
- Manage email campaigns, CRM integrations, tracking, and attribution so every lead and every dollar of pipeline traces back to its source.
- Work closely with sales on lead quality and handoff, and report marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue to the founders.
- Own every program end to end: plan → build → launch → measure → optimize.

What You Offer (Requirements)

- 2 to 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally at a B2B startup, agency, SaaS company, or professional services firm.
- A startup pace: you work with lean budgets and small teams, figure things out without a playbook, and ship this week instead of next quarter.
- Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with results you can point to.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills, including the ability to make technical topics explicit and compelling for business leaders.
- Comfort with analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting, and a clear sense of how campaign activity connects to pipeline and revenue.
- Working knowledge of SEO, website platforms, email marketing, and CRM tools, enough to do the work yourself instead of waiting on someone else.
- Experience marketing to senior B2B decision-makers through a considered, multi-touch sales cycle.
- Fluency with AI tools in your own workflow for research, writing, design, and production.
- A results-first mindset, strong judgment about priorities, and the organization to run many programs at once without letting any slip.

Nice to Have

- Experience marketing AI, data, software, or technology consulting services.
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing on LinkedIn, including Thought Leader Ads and Conversation Ads.
- Results improving visibility in AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
- Design skills with tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience building pages in Framer or a similar website platform.
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent practical experience.
