Role Description

This is a full-time , Part time or hybrid role located in Markham, ON, with work-from-home flexibility.

The Licensed Mortgage

Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting suitable mortgage products, preparing loan applications, and negotiating terms with lenders on behalf of clients.



The role includes conducting financial analysis, verifying loan details, and providing clients with comprehensive mortgage advice. The agent will also foster and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and clients to ensure a smooth mortgage process.

Qualifications

- Experience in mortgage origination, financial analysis, and loan processing
- Robust understanding of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and financial analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Licensed Mortgage Agent with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA)
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
