Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and client-focused Licensed Mutual Fund Advisor to join our growing team in St. Albert, Alberta.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, identify their insurance and investment needs, and provide suitable recommendations. You will play a key role in developing long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional service and trusted financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client reviews and needs-based financial conversations.
- Provide investment recommendations and mutual fund solutions.
- Identify insurance opportunities and assist clients with risk management strategies.
- Generate insurance quotes and support the application process.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through ongoing service and proactive communication.
- Support clients with financial decisions related to wealth accumulation, retirement planning, and protection strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM and industry systems.




- Contribute to business development and client acquisition activities.

Qualifications
- Mutual Fund License (required).
- LLQP license or willingness to obtain LLQP licensing within the first 30 days of employment.
- Previous experience in financial services, investments, insurance, or client advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and financial planning concepts.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience using CRM systems, financial planning tools, and digital client management platforms is considered an asset.
- CFP®, QAFP®, PFP®, or other industry designations are considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
