Outside Sales Representative for

Office Coffee & Bottleless Water Coolers

Are you extroverted, competitive, and like being out meeting people instead of sitting behind a desk?

We’re growing fast, and we want a driven sales pro to help bring top quality coffee and clean, great-tasting water across our region.

What’s in it for you

You’ll start at $40,000/year base plus commission, with no cap on what you can earn. The more you sell, the more you make.

We’ll give you comprehensive training so you’re set up to win from day one.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own our territory and build it your way, growing sales and rentals of office coffee brewers, coffee supplies, and bottleless water coolers. Your days will include:

- Prospecting new business through cold calling, door knocking, and B2B canvassing to book appointments and generate leads

- Managing your accounts from first handshake to long-term partnership

- Checking in with existing customers on new products, stock levels, and service so they keep coming back

- Using research and market data to match clients with the right solutions for their workplace

- Travelling between our three branches (Lloydminster, North Battleford, and Bonnyville) and their surrounding districts





- Planning and running your own schedule with a lot of independence

Qualifications

- High school diploma at minimum
- A self-starter attitude and a real drive to exceed your goals

- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- A clean RCMP criminal record check

- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs

- Outside sales experience is an asset

- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) is an asset
- A head for numbers is an asset
