How to Apply
Interested candidates must submit both a resume and a cover letter as part of their application.
Cover Letter Requirements
Your cover letter must address the five questions below, with a maximum of 300 words total (approximately 40–60 words per question).
Please keep your answers concise, direct, and specific. We value genuine, thoughtful responses over lengthy or overly formal statements.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The use of AI-generated content in cover letters is strongly discouraged. While we are a highly AI-driven organization and actively embrace technology in our daily operations, we want to hear directly from you, not an AI tool.
Our experience working extensively with AI allows us to recognize common patterns associated with AI-generated writing. Applications containing suspected AI-generated content may be flagged for further review.
We value authenticity, individuality, and genuine self-reflection far more than perfectly polished answers. Be yourself, keep it straightforward, and tell us what you actually think.
Cover Letter Questions
1. Skills & Contributions: What skills, experiences, or personal qualities would make you a valuable addition to our Business Operations team, and how would you use them to support our employees and organization?
2. Interest in the Position: What initially caught your attention about this position, and why are you interested in joining our team?
3. Self-Awareness & Growth: What is one quality you admire most about yourself, and what is one area where you believe you could improve? How do you think others would describe you?
4. Leadership & Team Building: If you were responsible for building and hiring your own team, what values and personal qualities would you prioritize in potential candidates, and why?
5. Personal & Skilled Motivation: What motivates you, both personally and professionally, and how does that motivation influence the way you work?
Important: Applications that do not include both a resume and a cover letter addressing all five questions, or that exceed the 300-word limit, may not be considered. We look forward to learning more about you and what you could bring to our team!
