Hello World Recruitment, founded by Jeremy Corbet, is recruiting an experienced Private Client Services Account Manager for an established Canadian insurance brokerage.
This is an opportunity for a Personal Lines insurance professional with robust client relationship skills and experience working with high-value homes, automobiles, and complex personal insurance portfolios.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of private clients and work closely with Producers and insurance partners to deliver a high level of service and insurance expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- Active RIBO license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience
- Experience servicing high-value homes and automobiles is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Personal Lines coverage and risk exposures
- Proven ability to identify coverage gaps and round out accounts
- Strong client relationship and sales skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- EPIC experience is an asset
- CAIB, CIP,
or other insurance designations are an asset
- Experience with high-net-worth insurance products or Private Client Services is an asset
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of Private Client Services accounts
- Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and other account servicing requirements
- Assess client risk exposures and identify coverage needs
- Provide knowledgeable insurance advice to high-value clients
- Review accounts and identify opportunities to round out coverage
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with Producers and insurance partners
- Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and insurers
- Maintain accurate and organized account documentation
Compensation & Benefits
