Mad Engine Global is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Canadian team!

If you have experience in apparel production, fashion retail, and working with major retail accounts, we'd love to hear from you!

✨ What You’ll Do:

? Coordinate apparel production from development through final delivery

? Manage production calendars, samples, approvals & timelines

? Communicate with overseas factories and manufacturing partners

? Track lab dips, trims, fabrics, artwork & pre-production samples

? Ensure products meet retailer requirements, quality standards & delivery deadlines

? Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sales & Production teams

? Maintain production reports, order tracking & vendor communications

✅ We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of apparel production or production coordination experience




- Apparel industry experience – REQUIRED
- Retail industry experience – REQUIRED
- Experience supporting major retail accounts or fashion retailers strongly preferred
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics & manufacturing processes
- Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
- Strong Excel, organizational & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a quick-paced environment
