Required Experience & Skills:

- Strong Project Management and IT Service Management experience.
- Solid CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and Asset Management experience.




- Experience with external asset discovery and attack surface management solutions.
- Strong process governance and operational transformation background.
- Experience defining and managing KPIs, SLAs, and sustainable operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, document, and implement a formal process for validating newly discovered external and internet-facing assets identified through approved security technology tools against authoritative asset inventories (CMDB).
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure asset discovery, validation, governance, and inventory management processes are effectively maintained.
- Establish operational controls and reporting mechanisms to measure process effectiveness and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to asset visibility, CMDB accuracy, and operational governance.
- Define and track KPIs and SLAs to support service performance and operational excellence.
