Change Strategy, Framework & Governance

- Own and continuously refine the global OCM strategy, framework and playbook, calibrated to the fact that the template is already proven — the emphasis shifts from co-design to deployment, standardisation and adoption velocity.
- Define the change governance model: RACI across global program, divisional and country layers; escalation paths; decision rights on local deviation requests; and integration into the overall program governance cadence.
- Establish and maintain the wave-based change roadmap, sequencing change activity against the deployment calendar, cutover milestones and business seasonality (financial close, peak production, hiring cycles).
- Codify a repeatable "OCM in a box" deployment kit — templates, checklists, timelines and assets — so each successive wave is faster and less dependent on central effort than the last.
- Define change quality gates at each SAP Activate phase (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run) and act as gatekeeper for go/no-go readiness sign-off from a people-readiness perspective.





Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in organisational change management, with a minimum of 5 years leading OCM on large-scale enterprise SAP transformations.
- Demonstrable experience of at least two full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and at least one SAP SuccessFactors implementation (any combination of Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, Compensation).
- Proven track record on multi-country, template-based rollouts — specifically the deployment phase, not only initial template design.
- Direct experience building and running a distributed Change Agent or change champion network as the primary delivery mechanism, including through client employees who do not report to the incumbent.
- Experience operating across diverse cultural and regulatory environments; comfort with matrixed, politically complex client organisations
