Role: SAP Test Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager with a strong background in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP projects, particularly in migration and end-to-end testing. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with customers and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the testing efforts for SAP projects, ensuring comprehensive functional testing is conducted.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to define testing requirements and scope.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP ECC and S4 HANA implementations.
- Oversee the migration testing process, ensuring data integrity and system functionality post-migration.
- Facilitate defect management processes, including identification, tracking, and resolution of issues.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.
- Mentor and guide junior testing team members, fostering a team-oriented and high-performance testing environment.




- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in functional testing within SAP environments.
- Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA.
- Hands-on experience with migration testing and end-to-end testing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage testing teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Functional Knowledge

Experience across major SAP domains:

- Finance (FI/CO)
- Procure to Pay (MM)
- Order to Cash (SD)
- Asset Management
- HR / Payroll
- Supply Chain

Preferred

- Brownfield migration experience.
- Selective Data Migration validation exposure.
- SAP Cloud ALM and Solution Manager exposure.
- Rail or transportation industry experience.

Certifications (Preferred)

- SAP S/4HANA Certification
