Vroom Media runs one of the most predictable lead generation systems in the insurance industry, and we’ve generated over $33M in revenue for our clients. We have thousands of leads in our pipeline and need someone to turn them into booked appointments.
The Role
This is a high-volume outbound role, and we want to be upfront about that: you’ll make 150–250 dials a day. In return, you’ll get direct coaching from our CEO, full transparency on your numbers, and a explicit path into a closing role.
You don’t need industry experience. You need discipline, resilience, and a real desire to get better every week. We’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do
- Make 150–250 outbound calls daily to warm and existing leads
- Contact every new inbound or self-generated lead within 5 minutes
- Follow up with unanswered leads at least 3 times within 24 hours
- Send 20+ outreach messages daily using our proven scripts
- Pre-qualify and confirm every appointment before it reaches a closer’s calendar
- Log every interaction in the CRM and report daily metrics
- Join regular coaching sessions and apply feedback quickly
How Success Is Measured
- Consistent daily dial volume
- Appointment show rate (top performers hit 70%+)
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- Week-over-week improvement
Compensation
- Base: $1,500/month
- $25 per confirmed appointment
- $75 per self-generated appointment
- 5% revenue share on closed recurring deals (average deal size: $5K)
- OTE: 4K - 6K+/month, with uncapped upside
