Irenys Inc. is seeking experienced Senior Bilingual Business Analysts (French/English) to contribute to a major Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, supporting the transformation of finance, procurement, and human resources processes.

Engagement Details

- Location: Remote (Canada)
- Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
- Start Date: October 23, 2026 (or earlier)
- Contract Duration: Until August 20, 2027, with potential extensions

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and integration specifications.
- Facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively with French- and English-speaking stakeholders.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for optimization and standardization.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications aligned with ERP capabilities.




- Support requirements traceability, system integrations, testing activities, and project deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (mandatory), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
- Solid understanding of enterprise system integrations and business workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of finance, procurement, or human resources business processes is an asset.
