Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – IT Digital Transformation

- Gather, analyze, and document business, system, and data requirements for IT solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business workflows and create Visio diagrams, swimlane diagrams, process flows, and Figma prototypes.
- Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional/technical specifications for development teams.
- Lead requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews, liaising with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Perform database analysis and SQL to support data analysis, requirements validation, and solution assessment.
- Manage and groom product backlogs using Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence, supporting Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.




- Drive systems re-engineering, workflow optimization, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate QA testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), brief requirements to development teams, and collaborate throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or cloud-based solutions is an asset; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MuleSoft, and Java/React-based applications is beneficial.
- Prior Public Sector or government experience is preferred, with knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and public service delivery.
