Senior EDI & Integrations Specialist The Senior EDI & Integrations Specialist supports the electronic exchange of business documents between Made By Gather and its trading partners and supports the integrations that connect our core business systems. This role configures, implements, and maintains our EDI processes between SPS Commerce and NetSuite, and partners with the NetSuite team on the Celigo integrations that keep data moving accurately and reliably between internal teams, trading partners, and 3PL partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDI Operations

- Support daily EDI transaction flow between trading partners, SPS Commerce, NetSuite, and 3PL partners.
- Monitor electronic data exchange for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing, working with trading partners and internal teams as needed.
- Serve as the first escalation point for data transmission and document errors, resolving issues end to end.
- Ensure the reliable, day-to-day operation of EDI and integration systems.

Trading Partner Onboarding

- Collaborate with the Senior EDI Manager and internal and external stakeholders to onboard new trading partners and 3PLs.
- Coordinate testing and validation to ensure compliance with partner requirements.
- Translate retailer EDI guides and vendor compliance manuals into clear requirements for Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.

Systems Integration Support

- Partner with the NetSuite team,



to build and update EDI/ API related integration flows as needed.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI-related integration errors, escalating up when necessary.
- Help support the NetSuite side of EDI, including sales orders, fulfillments, invoices, credit memos, and item, customer, and location cross-references.
- Collaborate with IT and the NetSuite team on integration changes that affect EDI, trading partner, and 3PL data, including new direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels.
- Test and implement EDI map changes, SPS Commerce updates, and related enhancements, coordinating with the NetSuite team on NetSuite and Celigo changes.

Compliance, Improvement & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with EDI standards, protocols, and retailer requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements and preventive measures that reduce recurring errors.
- Partner with Operations and Finance to find and fix the root causes of EDI-related chargebacks and deductions.
- Generate reports on integration performance, including transaction volumes, error rates, processing times, and EDI-driven chargebacks, and analyze results to identify improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, maps, flows, and configurations.
- Stay current on EDI standards and on SPS Commerce, NetSuite, and Celigo releases and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in EDI implementation and support in a wholesale, retail supplier, CPG, or manufacturing environment, including onboarding major North American retailers and experience working with an integration platform (Celigo preferred).

Skills:

- Expertise in EDI mapping concepts and cross-reference tables.
- In-depth knowledge of ANSI X12 transaction sets (850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 865, 846, 820, 812, 997) and 3PL sets (940, 945, 944, 947).
- Hands-on experience with SPS Commerce or a comparable full-service EDI provider.
- Working knowledge of Celigo integrator.io, including building and modifying flows and troubleshooting errors.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience with order-to-cash transactions, saved searches, and CSV imports.
- Strong understanding of how data moves between an ERP and connected systems across order-to-cash, fulfillment, and inventory.
- Working knowledge of communication protocols (AS2, SFTP) and basic familiarity with APIs and JSON.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities with technical and business audiences.

Nice to Have:

- Celigo certification.
- Exposure to SuiteScript, or experience working alongside NetSuite developers.
- Familiarity with EDIFACT or international EDI standards.
- DTC or marketplace integration experience (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop).
- SQL or data warehouse exposure (Snowflake, Power BI).
- Experience training, mentoring, or acting as a team lead.
