Etech Telecom is hiring Senior Enterprise Account Executives – B2B Telecom Sales across Canada.

Location: Remote within Canada.

Priority markets: Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton. Strong candidates in other Canadian cities are welcome.

Employment: Full time, permanent.

Compensation: CAD $40,000–$120,000 annual base salary, based on relevant experience and demonstrated results, plus lucrative, uncapped performance-based commissions under an agreed compensation plan. THE ROLE We are looking for experienced B2B telecommunications sales professionals who know how to win enterprise business and own the close. Build your own pipeline, carry a revenue target, and manage deals from discovery through proposal, negotiation and signed agreement.

Sell business internet and dedicated connectivity, multi-location networks, wireless, cloud voice/UCaaS, Microsoft Teams calling, contact centre and related technology solutions. Work with IT leaders, executives, finance and procurement teams,



coordinate the implementation handoff, and develop lasting accounts. WHAT YOU BRING • Proven B2B telecommunications sales experience and direct responsibility for closing enterprise or complex multi-location deals.

- A record of meeting or exceeding targets, disciplined CRM use and strong commercial judgment.
- Ability to prospect, build pipeline, understand customer requirements, develop proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Five or more years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
