As a Senior Software Engineer, you will sit at the critical intersection of technical development and product strategy. You won't just write code; you will be the architect of seamless system integrations, bridging the gap between complex backend ecosystems and intuitive product management.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) And Microservices.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend RESTful APIs.
- Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure security, data protection, and compliance standards.
Technical Requirements
- Robust experience in Java, Spring Boot,
and REST APIs
- Experience with Git and version control practices
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional Java development experience, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
- Communication: Full qualified fluency in English with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A background in FinTech or Financial Services is a significant plus.
