Job Summary

Alpi Canada is looking for a proven freight forwarding sales skilled who already has strong relationships and wants a company that backs them. If you’re hitting your numbers but feel limited by your current commission plan and want an opportunity to grow, we should talk. What you’ll do

- Grow and manage a portfolio of import/export accounts across ocean, air, and customs
- Bring in new clients and grow wallet share with existing ones
- Work directly with our operations and pricing teams to win business on speed and service
- Own your pipeline, from prospecting through quote, close, and account growth

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or international logistics
- An established network of shippers, importers, or exporters, plus a track record of closing and keeping accounts




- Strong understanding of Incoterms, ocean/air pricing, and customs processes
- Self-driven, competitive, and able to work with little hand-holding
