Senior Solutions Designer – CRM (Salesforce)

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Designer – CRM with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce solution design, configuration, development, integration, and production support.

- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce solutioning and hands-on configuration experience, including recent experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Energetic Forms, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with 3+ years of LWC experience.
- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices, Calculation Procedures, OmniScripts, and Vlocity Data Model.
- Required Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with internal applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration mechanisms.
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce security settings,



governor limits, platform limitations, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment practices.
- Experience with AODA accessibility compliance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect management, and production support.
- Strong understanding of solution design, fit-gap analysis, prototypes, proof of concepts, technical documentation, and build books.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, user stories, epics, unit testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Healthcare experience (5+ years) supporting Long-Term Care systems, EMRs, HIS, clinical assessment tools, or OHRS-compliant systems is required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills; MuleSoft experience is an asset.

Note: Candidates must be available to work onsite five days per week in Toronto.
